Rock Point Runners rule again!
The Rock Point Runners
Despite warnings of high heat, washed out trails, and killer humidity, the Rock Point school marathon relay team took to the streets early on Sunday morning to pound out 26.2 miles of pavement in the 23rd annual Vermont City Marathon. Running were students Will, Ben and Scott and staff members Ryan and Chuck. Ben took the first leg, Will the second, then Chuck then Ryan and then Scott ran our team across the finish line. All the team members ran hard and made an admirable time. Everyone had a blast and came back to school full of triumph.
And as for the heat - it rained!
