Summer at Rock Point School

Summer continues at Rock Point School.  Gus and John are harvesting honey from the beehives.  Lonnie is taking Bosley to an ice cream social tonight.  The teachers all met yesterday to begin talks about next year's programs and curricula.  Slowly, slowly things are getting going.  Students will return one month tomorrow on September 12th but things will liven up around the school long before then.  Staff meetings begin on August 31st and last for two weeks.  In the meantime, new windows are being put in, the dorm rooms are being painted, and new bulletin boards being put up.  Get ready for the Class of 2011.  They are on the way.
